HIQ Bits?

What is the difference between HIQ bits and the regular bits?  Is it just a coating?  Anyone have experience with durability between the two types?

Scot, I bought a pack of the HIQ Phillips bits two and half years ago and they are all like new.  Actually, they are new because I haven't remembered to get around to using them yet. [embarassed] I know I bought another ten pack of the regular bits  just a couple of months ago.  At the rate I'm going I'll be able to let you know how they work in a few more years.
