Maybe I didn't go all the way thru the website in enough detail and missed something, but the Festool LR 32 system will do those things when used with a Festool 1010 or 1400 router.  Some of the operations may require a spacer block to set up, but from what I see it would work.  Odd size metric router bits might have to be located as dictated by the hardware.

Yes but with that system you can use any brand of router.Not sure what price it comes about but maybe a little cheaper than the LR 32 system.
