Here are some pictures of the home made sysports I made. These pictures were on the Yahoo group, so I thought I would post them here.

I don't remember the exact measurements but my recollection is that when I laid out the shelves made with the 3/4" ply the total stackup of the Systainer and shelf did not leave enough clearance without going to the next hole and thus wasting space....probably an inch per Systainer. So I suppose it will work no matter what the thickness of the ply but if you have a lot of #1 or 2 Systainers you can waste 5 or 6 inches per Sysport which is something I didn't want to do.....I'm not as tall as Dave![]()

Les Spencer, IIRC, built a Sysport similar to yours but he took the liners out of the different systainers so that he didn't have to open a systainer everytime he needed a tool. IIRC, he also made the drawers longer than a normal systainer and keeps accessories in the extra space. Is there a reason that you opted to shelve the systainers rather than storing the systainers out of the way as Les did?

What are the small storage boxes on top of the second cabinet? They look like a Festool container but I don't believe I've ever seen small ones offered.
Greg, I think that you are looking the photo of my sysports whereas sroxberg is looking at the photo Paul's sysports.greg mann said:sroxberg said:Paul,
