How do I attach the handle to dust extractor CT 22?

I ordered a handle for my Festool dust extractor CT 22 but cannot figure out how to attach it to the dust extractor.  There are either parts missing or I need something else to attach it.  I have searched the parts catalog but it does not show how to attach this particular handle.  Any help would be appreciated.

I just recently removed and reattached mine from my ct22. Would a photo of an attached handle help?
