How far will a Kapex fly, from a second story window?

If you have any problem with it just bring it back to the shop.
First of all ,you have 3 years of guarantee. you can bring it back also within the 30days period and take another kapex KS120 or KS88  [wink]
second, I'm a dealer from Belgium and we never had that problem with our machines and if they do ever have that we just give another one.
are send it to Festool service and within 3 days we got the clients machine back.
