I need to center any idea on how space it so i get parallel holes to the front?  Its at 165mm that is farther and the LR 32 system allows only 110mm.  Here is a picture of cabinet I'm trying to make.

Its too wide to use it like he does. Its over 110mm and less than 420mm.  Its 165mm from one edge and 445mm from other.  But it does give me the idea I could use my TSO parallel guide to get the right distance and use it in the same way.  I’ll try it tonight.

Sounds like The Sedge, but he didn't say, "I hope this helps!"  [big grin]

Don't forget that the distance of the guides isn't the only distance involved. I went out and measured my setup and with the guide set at 110 hanging off the non-cut side of the rail, it was 447 from the inside of the pin to the centerline of the router plate.

By my math, your panel is about 609.6mm minus offset, not sure what it is because you have it listed from the back panel rabbit, but lets say a total of 180, is 429. That would be inside the 447 max and so the video method should work for you.

Gonna leave the above because that's what I originally put, but I forgot to mention I hung my guid off the outer t-track, which is where I got the extra 20-some mm from.

That being said, even if you didn't want to use the outer t-track, you could use the inner t-track and push the pin block out past the 110mm line and still get it secure on the guide, that should get you to > 435mm.

I think your right but i must be doing something wrong.  I cant quite figure out what I was doing wrong.  But ill keep working on it.  I was able to get my TSO parallel guide to set me the right distance so i was able to get it the correct distance.  I calculated a offset of 23mm from the center of the bit to the First rail edge using my LR32 on one end and my TSO parallel guide on the other end.  Thanks everyone for the tips.  The FOG is a great resource.  And there are so many great helpful people on here.
