Hello,

I want to organize my routers accessories in systainers. I'm thinking about make some kind of custom inserts for them. I don't have any particular design in mind yet, but I'm thinking to get something in between LR-32, SYS-KB (I'm so sorry that this product was discontinued) and OF2200 accessory kit. Do you have any ideas or tips how to make these inserts without CNC? Material could be any. Wood, plywood, plastic foam etc.

Thank you,
VictorL

You could go with the pick and pluck foam inserts made for the Systainers. The ridgid type is quite sturdy.

I have heard of the idea of wrapping the items in plastic wrap (?) , placing them in a lined Systainer or similar sized box. Then building layers of spray foam. Finish by trimming and cutting the final Systainer shape.

1/4" plywood, or PVC lattice is a very easy way to make dividers.
