Hartville Hardware in Ohio has a closeout on 769022 mixer paddles for the  Festool discontinued drywall mixer.  I think the normal retail price is $44, they have the paddle at closeout for $10 with free shipping.  Or 4 for $8 each.

I have a basic paddle mixer from big box store.
Use my Festool drill in lowest gear to mix QuikCrete in five gallon buckets.
Amazing how much torque that cordless drill churns out.

With free shipping, I thought $10 was pretty cheap even if you only have half a need for it.  They had 28 for sale when I sent original FOG note yesterday, it is now down to 16 left.  I would think it would cost $10 in shipping cost alone to mail. 
Or buy 4 for $8 each and have a lifetime supply.

Yes for infrequent small quantities you can just use your drill. For more often bigger quantities the mixer will pay for itself in saved dead drills.
