Wouldn't  it be easier to have two separate dril heads fixed permanently , 1 above and 1 below , set at the angles you need.  You could even have different table inserts if you needed to with a permanent fence attached set at the required distance .

I worked with pneumatics a bit about 15 years ago so my advice will be a little dated but for what you are looking to do i think you would just need a regulator, a couple of solenoids and a time delay relay or plc to control the clamp and delay the drill feed for a couple of seconds. If you are looking for all pneumatic controls with no electric controls it may be more in depth.

If there is a pneumatic control supply near you they probably have someone in house that can help you with the parts needed and also the control layout. The supplier i dealt with back then was a major help when i was trying to design something.

How about getting a kreg foreman, disassembling it and then mounting it in a moveable table to give you your 2 drilling angles? Whats the horizontal drilling angle for?

I think most of what you want to do has already been designed by ARC and produced and sold by Safety Speed Cut.

This project was a joint effort between Anthony Lynn (who used to be the President of Castle) and some Amish partners. They designed the product, and contracted with SSC to manufacture and sell it.

I haven't seen one in person, but I understand that it's quite the product. SSC is less than an hour away from me, so I could always make a visit there...

Yes might be easier but I don't think those auto feed units are that cheap so be buying two I rather not.

Plus I'll be making the top life a MFT table  so that I can remove the fence and use it as a bench I can wheelie around.

Just trying to make everything movable and trying to no over crowed my workshop with machinery.

So basically it will be a 3in1. Machine.     Bench, pocket hole, edge drill.

It will be about. 600mm wide by 1200mm long something like that.   I would hopefully be able to store systainers below it aswell and or screws etc.

I know these machines can be bought but non can do both and they take up more space being two seperate machines.   Plus they are often just emtpy below them just to make up the height.   Its space I could use.

I have been looking at the kreg formans.

I think they are not that heavy duty (unless you go for the expensive ones) plus I don't like te handle pull down being at the back its a poor design.  You gotta keep letting go of your work piece to grap the handle so its slow.

When doing wider pieces hanging over isn't the best way to activate the machine .  

I want mine to have a foot pedal so I don't need to hang over plus two hands on the work piece or while grapping another piece with one hand I could be placing the drilled piece down.  
So a foot pedal will be alot more productive.

A router and a drill.

Looks good but it won't drill edge ways on pocket holes.

My intention is having a two in one machine with a third option being a bench top.

To save on cost and workshop space.
