i Need good quality box hinges

Guys,
I am not impressed with the box hinges from the box stores. I can never get the lid to set flat in the back and it appears that the barrel of the hinge on these cheap hinges don't allow the two flat sides to rest against each other. I mortised out the lid and back of the box so the blades of the hinge are flush but when I screw the hinge down the front of the lid is closed but the rear where the hinges are mounted is proud???? - am I installing them wrong?

While not cheap, but when is quality ever cheap?  You could see if Brusso have the hinges you need.

Another vote for Brusso... I just them for the first time on a small box and had some big-box store brand hinges at the same time. The difference is worth every penny.
