Congrats on the new saw -- I followed that listing on the Felder site too and thought it was a great deal at $2K. You got a screaming deal on it for $1,500! The new style Resaw King blades are very good and I own the Driftmaster too -- well worth it when you can add one. I have a pretty good relationship with some of the guys there and Rick will work out a deal for you if/when you decide to get a new fence. For Resawing equal thickness veneers it is the best. I would opt for the 1 inch RK blade over 3/4 inches. 1 1/4 works too, but I have found 1 inch to be optimal on my 18 inch Laguna bandsaw.
