stumbled upon this video yesterday, not sure who it is from or what it is exactly.
Hopefully an article or tutorial will follow

Festool Radio

It is a tempting option to adapt a Systainer into a combo power station and entertainment unit. You would probably need to swap out the back for a large heat sink for anything serious ... maybe even an inbuilt fan or too.

MAybe a separate SysSub for serious listeners  [smile]

The video seemed to want to obscure the detail and I'm therefore guessing it wasn't particularly special !

i agree with kev. no real detail given. i even stoped the vid to take a better look. nothing special. im sure it is just parts pluged into each other.
looks handy thow

I made a systainer into a Radio because I saw some one on FOG did the same!! I wish they told me its a CRAP! idea!    IF you turn the music up to loud the bloody systainer rattles like mad! the lid bounces the sides vibrate!

I am going to have to redo it but going to have to dampen the sides and enclose the speakers.   If I leave the lid open its not a problem but its sounds tinny then no base to it but soon as you close the lid and turn it up a little to loud it sounds like a dildo going off.

How about we move away from the tangent and focus the discussion on the original topic?  Please.
