I have a pretty new kapex.  Probably less than 500 cuts made.  I took off the blade to clean the pitch and saw these 2 lines.  One at about 2 o'clock, the other about 4o'clock.  I'm wondering if this is cause for concern to keep using it?  I've never seen a saw blade like this before?

They just look like marks on the surface of the metal, rather than cracks going through it. Are there corresponding marks on the other side? If not, I wouldn't worry about it.

If you are still concerned, use a sharpie to mark the end points of each line. Then you can check it at future points to see if they've changed or grown (which I doubt they will have).

Totally agree.  The brushed pattern isn't interrupted by a line.
