Like a lot of people, I own a normal 6" Grizzly jointer and the very popular Dewalt DW735 13" Planer. For me these tools are always used together, I almost never use my jointer without using my planer, so why can't I find anyone who's made a jointer / planer cart? Instead of two tools taking up space, why not put both tools on the same rolling cart? I know I can't be the only person who's thought of this idea, though I cannot find any examples to aid in my own design. If anyone has seen something similar to what I'm referring too, I'd love to check it out.

When I had those machines (I've upgraded to a 12" combination machine now) I mounted my planed to the wall directly above the jointer. This way it took no floor space and I was able to use the same dust collection hose. It was a very good solution in my small shop.
