Anyone has already trim inox and aluminium tile profile with the kapex 120?
Lubrificant? Stick wax?

Which blade?rpm?

I have cut aluminum profiles with my kapex, using the non-ferro/plastics blade, at speed 3 with no lubricant. (if you use lubricant, it will stick to the inside of the bladeguard, and sawdust will stick to that residu). You cannot cut inox with that blade.

I prefer using wy CS70 for cutting aluminum profiles, it's easier to keep the table clean of chips. (If I need to cut tile profiles, I usually just use an angle grinder with a 125mm 1mm thick inox cutting disc.)

[member=72455]Zubo[/member]  I picked up the Oshlun aluminum blade for the occasional aluminum profile cuts I do.  I use speed 4, no lube.  I don't do a lot of aluminum milling, so the Oshlun blade has been more than adequate for my needs thus far.

Make sure you use a temporary MDF (or similar) base and fence/backer, with zero clearance. Will just about eliminate pieces flying around.

I finally found a inox metal Blade for the kapex...
I make a couple of cuts and I think the blade works very well.

No problem to cut, no warm areas, no colour change, perfect cut.

Kapex is set to 5 position for rpm.

I used a piece of wood  for zero clereance.

Yes I used a backboard, also for the blade, because isn't enough big to cut all the profiles..
