Kapex UG Wings as Jointer Extension

I would want to use the Kapex UG Wings as infeed/outfeed table extensions for my 6" jointer. Does anybody know of mount attachments that are available which could be screwed onto the ends of the jointer tables?

I think the wings could connect to the rails of the MFT is that correct? If so, is there anything like the MFT rails that could be connected to the router?
