kapex

i get the kapex and it was out of square so i decided to return it and get another one but its the same
how can i fix it

First,  welcome to the Forum.  Sorry you are already at the point of needing to adjust your saw.  Here is a link to the supplemental manual that will help you in the adjustments.  I believe that the section you want starts on page 24.
