Does anybody make a larger diameter blade for the TS75? Even 1/4" larger than the Festool standard would help. I'm just cutting foam, so there's not much of load on the saw, but I can't QUITE get all the way through a 3-1/2" thickness of foam. Here's a picture of the beginning of my project:

Can't answer that question, but a project like this might be the perfect one for a Carvex with a guiderail base and the serrated foam blade:

I interesting idea. What angle (bevel) can you do with that - I couldn't find the info quickly on the product page...

You would have to use the angle base if you needed a bevel and run it along the non splinter guard side of a rail or a home made straight edge.

Not a wise plan to do. The saw is made for 210 mm blades. Even if you have some spare room inside the blade housing, you gonna need that room for chips.

Don't do it! [eek]

Plus you could probably finish the cut safely with a sharp knife.

You could probably pick up a cheap 235mm (9 1/4) saw with blade for what it would cost you for a compatible quality TS75 blade anyway ... though I suppose the rail is what you want to use [sad]
