I was fooling around with the parallel guides that I bought.  I was wondering how long it takes someone who considers himself to be a novice to become proficient using the parallel guides.  By proficient, I mean accurate and fast.

Thanks,
Chuck

Chuck,

I had the pleasure of attending a couple of Festool classes where they demonstrated, and we used, the parallel guides.  Following the class I bought the set.  I spent about an hour and a half playing and adjusting using scraps so that I got comfortable.

Yeah, but as Festool Global Moderator, you're *obligated* to know how to use their stuff.  [big grin]

Chris

Having a bunch of Festool gear, I thought it was the only place to get my stupid questions answered.
