Looking for Workshop Space in Toronto.

As the title states, I'm looking for workshop space to rent or share somewhere in the Toronto area. I'd be willing to pay somewhere in the $300-$400 a month range, but if you know of something that costs a little more, please tell me about it anyway. Also, I'd need enough space for my own tools and I'd not be willing to share them with a number of people at a location such as a co-op.

One piece of ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL CRITERIA. The location must be, or able to be easily modified to become WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE!

Didn't now where else to place this request, but since I'm willing to pay my way, the Classified area sounds about right. I've been looking for such a place for well over 15 years. That should let you know my state of mind.

Appreciate the offer. Obviously, my biggest problem is to find a location that is wheelchair accessible, where I can set up and use my own tools and one that I can get to within 30-40 minutes. Considering the years that I've been looking for such a place in Toronto, I'm long past getting upset with the difficulty in finding such a location, but I keep my hopes up.

Checked out the kajiji ad, but they wanted $700 a month to co-op using their tools and that's not exactly what I was looking for. May take another 10 years, but I'll find something eventually. Might even have to find several like minded individuals to rent a larger area for private use.
