the UDD doesnt really fit the MIDI or MINI. I have my UDD sitting next to my CT 22 which is under my MFT/3 works fine in that configuration.

You could just throw a dart at the sander list and hit a winner to not regret.

I wwould consider skipping the dust deputy and using that cash for a good assortment of abrasives OR 2 sanders. Doing weekends only, it would probably take you 2 months to fill the bag. I also would go with the CT26. I think when I bought my RO90, I dropped an extra $200 on abrasives. The more I think about it, the more I think you should get 2 sanders and the ct26. The small surface on the 90 will not work out all that well on a large surface, but is great in other cases. I have th 125 and the 90 and it does almost everything that I need (and I use the Planex on drywall). By eliminating the dust deputy and going with the CT26 instead of the 48.... You are almost paying for the second sander!.

I am going to buck the trend here and advise you look at a larger RO sander if that is the way you are leaning. I have a RO 90 and like it, but I also have a RO 150 and use it about 4 times as much. The RO 90 is good for small projects and sanding narrow pieces, but it you have large panel projects it will take you forever to complete the job.
If you are only planning to stick with Festool sanders, then a Midi or Mini will work just fine, but if you decide to expand your Festool inventory to a track saw, router or domino, you should look at a CT26 or CT36. I have a CT26 and if I knew then what I know now I would have gotten the CT36 for additional capacity. Of course this is just my opinion.
Best of luck with you choices. I know you will be happy with Festool in whatever model you choose.
