MB40 compatibility with 3d party drills

Does anyone know if 3d party drills will work with mb40 like Milwaukee installation driver?

Not really. The MB40's connection to the drill is the same as the 90º angle chuck, offset chuck, and Jacob chuck which looks like this:

Last time I used the MB40 I did not have any drills with me but CXS’s. The drive spindle did fit in to the 40, I just had to keep everything inline. Best part of the endeavor—I was drilling 40mm hinge cup holes with a 25mm c/l.

If you use a 1/4” bit holder it will drive the unit, just going to be hard to keep everything aligned.
