I just put my new TS 55 saw and 1080 MFT table through the paces building a laundry room cabinet for my wife.  All the cuts were done with my Festool.

I like the deeper top on the left side. It's like an Escher picture to look at. What was the reason for that angled top?

The reason for the angled top is it adds more storage space for things we don't use much.  My house has vaulted ceilings so by putting it that way I could take advantage of the higher ceiling on that side.

The wife wanted more storage and I wanted to play with my new toy.  Win win for both of us lol.
