Metric Rabbet Bit(s) and/or Bearings

Can anyone recommend a good supplier of metric rabbeting bits or a metric bearing set-up to add to an existing bit? Specifically, I'd love to have a 5mm set up for ply backs, save having to fuss with a router table fence.

5mm is equal to approximately 0.1969 inches

The nearest standard imperial fraction is 3/16 of an inch, which is exactly 0.1875 inches.

Would a 3/16” offset be sufficient?
