MF-TB multifunction tool box

Just received Tims plans. The only thing he could do more to help you, would be to fly to your town and build it himself. Lots of very helpful pics, templates, and text, but lots of pics. Seems like a tricky project but looks very rewarding and Tim covers all the details very well. I wont be able to get to this one for awhile, will post how it goes when i do. Nice Job, Tim.

Great desigh.  Just ordered the plans.

Curious which size you use most?  I'm thinking the Sys1 just for compactness but curious what you have found in your use of the three sizes.

Thanks!

Thanks Neil, so far i only used the sys1 prototype in the field. The sys2 version i made was a last minute decision when i was cutting out parts i though why not.
And i think it was a great decision. Depending on the job i think i will take either one, but you will see that the plans are optimized for serial work, so i suggest you make at least both versions, and why not a 4 version for when i come up with a router table/jigsaw update.

Very impressive, please update this thread when you're ready to sell the plans to make these.  I can't promise I'll buy, but I'm interested.  Thanks.

Regards,

John

I love the design, so cool, I have just purchased the plans, can't wait to build it.

You can now get em here, i made a page on my site.

For those who build them make sure you let me know if theres anything not clear enough, and make sure you post the pics here or send me some. I would be delighted to add them on my site.
I'm also adding all the mail addresses to a mailing list so i can send any updates or upgrades like the router table extension when i finish it.

I've bought the plans and they are very good and detailed, with details of jigs to help build several of them if you require.

I assume it works like it does for us in the UK!    It automatically converts it for me into pounds £7.50 or something I think it was

Yes, PayPal automatically converts the transactions.  The exchange rate varies but it's about: 1 U.S. Dollar = 0.764006 Euros.  The plans cost me $11.78 USD.  Tim transmits them over the internet almost instantly.  You can then save & print them.
