Hello Everyone,
This is my first post, Would any one know the exact position of the Factory supplied  stops (Feather Keys ) that are located in the side of the Aluminium exstrusion the the Guide Rail Supports sits against. My stops are loose and need to be repositioned back to their correct place.

Kenny,  [welcome] to the FOG!  If I remember correctly there isn't a measurement that has been provided in the past due to the fact that Festool uses a jig to set them at the factory.  The stops don't need to to establish the rail perpendicular and parallel to the extrusions or the table holes.  Once the rail is set, then the protractor fence is adjusted to be square to the rail using the adjustments on the protractor head.  The Festool method utilizes the holes just for clamping purposes.  Some people like to have the rail adjusted perp and square to the holes instead.

There are many threads here on this including videos.

I noticed my stops left a prominent mark where the screw was tightened to the rail. If I get the stop so it just slides left or right, I can feel the screw catch the mark. Just something to check on yours.
