No youre not missing anything bud.
There is no real adj that Im aware of for the guide rail.
Once the guide rail is set up theres not much more you can do to other than maybe buy a slop stop or adj the MFT rail stops which I wouldnt recommend.
You can however adj the MFT fence so that it is 90 to the guide rail.
