I've been long overdue for an out feed table and didn't have the space until now. I gave my torsion top assembly table away to make room and was able to put my tablesaw in its place. The table will also serve a cutting plaform for my tracksaw. The top for my out feed table is 3/4" MDF and all holes were cut on the cnc router at my work place.

I had about a 2 foot drop off from the MDF sheet so I decided to route the holes on the drop as well. My plan is to make a fold down extention wing for extra support when cutting sheet goods on the table with the ts55.

I had plans to add bottom full extending slides for my systainers to sit on but ended up not having the clearance for it. I had to put the middle shelve high enough to clear my dust port so it no joy there. The gap however does fit my systainers foe the ts55 perfectly.

I believe it's 6'x25' long if I'm not mistaken. When I told my boss I wanted one of those for my shop, he said my foundation would likely crack.

looks nice. I like the shop. Is that half of a garage?

So what do you make at work? I see Reynobond and Alpolic behind the CNC. Do you make signs and architectural branding or panels and facades?

Thanks and yes, it's half of a garage....some what. My garage is about 30' wide so I was able to take up about 15' on the side pictured and another 5' on the other side of the garage. Leaves enough room for my wife to park in the garage without hitting my tools when she opens her door.

The company I work for does wall cladding on car dealerships. ACM is our main thing but we also design and build canopies as well.

The table isn't really done yet, I still need to attach a strip of ply in between the legs. After that I will route our a groove to fit in a T track so I can use the festool clamps to clamp work pieces to the face of the table whenever I need.

CMS is written on the side, I wonder if there's an insert plate for my CMS-GE  [big grin]
