Mathew that sounds like a great price,it took me a day and a half to make mine..
Peter I don't use the edges I use the dogs and work off those so it does not matter if the edge of the board is not parallel, when would you need them to be parallel to the edge?
I was somewhat sceptical about your dogs when you first produced them and have been looking forward to seeing some reviews but have not seen any have many been sold?
the edges of thee board could be cut off the dog holes, to square up a top relative to the holes.
I will make another at some point but will only have maybe three or four rows of holes in each direction
I take your point about the hole and edges but it would be nice to have them in line.
I haven't a clue how well the Parf Dogs are doing because I just allowed my design to be used free of charge and so I get nothing from it at all and have no knowledge of their popularity. Having said that, I get quite a few PMs through YouTube from owners all around the world, mostly from NA, and so I guess they must be selling reasonably well.
I like to support UK PLC and thought Intelligent Workshop seemed the right sort of people to have the first go with the Parf Dogs. Anyone can copy them as long as they keep the name - that way we all know what we are talking about. You never know, one day Ferstool might make some!
