MFT3 Extension/Supports

I am using my MFT3 to cross cut some shelving from some 15" wide plywood. So I'm starting with a 8' piece squaring the end and then cross cutting to length.

Does Festool make some sort of an extension, or support for the MFT3? I thought they had one for the original MFT but can't find either on their website.

If they don't offer one what are other folks doing besides the obvious, I need a 2nd MFT3?

Google VL700 and it should come up ,it was made for the old 1080 .It will work on the new MFT/3 ,there a post by Paul Marcel showing what he did to get it to line up with the MFT .

UG wings, you can set up multiple stops.

They also work on the CMS.

The UG wings look really nice, but WOW! $564 dollars, I'm thinking the 2nd MFT3 would give me more bang for my buck.

I have 8 MFT-3's. Look for used ones at a good price, that is how I got all but 1 of mine.

The UG wings make setting up multiple stops easier than using multiple MFT's.

I also have the Kapex on the UG stand, the wings are just part of the system.

Cheaper ones at the Big Box stores, but they are often out of parallel with the ground.

But the top only for about $120, and build you a base/cabinet to match the height of your MFT.
