My wish for 2008 would be that the legs of the new MFT3 would have in the design a method to make the new table match the old table height if the user is inclined to do so. This would solve some problems that will arise, as God makes Festool owner's in different sizes.

Obviously God doesn't work for Festool, or else we'd all be the same size, and interchangeable, too! ;D

Don't forget the impossible, that we'd all work together as a system...

I am completely in agreement with James and they can make it in Imperitric sizes for all I care as long as I can match the height of the current MFTs.  8) Fred

And maybe the MTBF wouldn't be any better, but factory spares would be available...

MTBF?  What's that, My Table Before Festool?

Good one, Corwin.  ;D  What I had in mind was Mean Time Between Failures, applied to us.
