Missing Dust Catcher Kapex

I got my Kapex last week and I have been disappointed with dust collection. I thought maybe it was that I did not have a Festool Dust Extractor and was using a Shop Vac. But today I noticed that the flexible dust catcher is missing. I don't remember seeing it when I unpacked the saw and set it up. Where can I get one?

Call the dealer who sold it to you or call Festool. They will get it fixed.

Call the dealer or festool. They will get you squared away.

Quick side note. Don't lend your saw to your father if he wants to cut 4" pvc pipe with the Kapex. If the blade catches on the pipe it will throw a huge piece of plastic backward ripping of the dust catcher and destroying the plastic housing. Don't as me how I know.
