Has anyone done this? I know it has a mount for the L-Boxx, but I'm finding I like the Systainers more. Wondering if the Nilfisk Systainer Mounting Kit would work.

Who makes the latest Bosch vacs again? I can't recall. If it's Nilfisk then I would be worth looking into their sys-port since you just plug-and-play. Otherwise, you'll be into the realm of DIY'ing a solution (like those of us with pre-latest generation Starmix iPulse vacs have had to do).

interesting that you like the sytainers more the Sortimo. I have quite a bit of both and find that they have their respective strengths.

I do have and like both. I like the smaller foot print of the Systainers. I have more systainers  and sys compatible boxes like the Makita MakPac. It looks like the Nilfisk mounting kit supports both, I would just have to find a rebadged one in the US. I think the milwaukee is??

I had a few Sortimo boxes but gave them away, they didn't fit into my van toolsafe as well as Systainers and you needed to have a hand on either side to unlock them which is impossible in a packed topolsafe. Really didn't like that at all.
Plus they aren't flat on top cos they have the stupid catches sticking up.

very valid points. I love the sortimo boxes and the systainers. I do use the T boxes for organizing small items and screws and fasteners. On that one I think sortimo has it nailed. The smaller footprint of the systainers is a plus. I had not thought about the side access issue on the sortimos. Choice is a good thing.

Thanks for the input. I haven't decided yet on which dust extractor to get, but was leaning towards the Bosch because I can buy it local and get a discount on it.

If it has a sortimo mounting plate, would it not be simple to make an adapter plate? Considering the systainers are smaller and the bits are available to make such a plate. Best of both worlds.

That's what I was going to try and do.  These seem to make it easy

that is pretty neat. I was thinking of the available bits and mounting to a plate. this is much cleaner.
