Money to spend

I have sold some unused tools this weekend and made around £500.
I wanted enough for a Domino 700 but not quite there.Or do I buy a MFT3, but I have a table saw so do I need it?
Or do I buy some accessories for tools I own?
Tools I already have TS55 with assorted rails, have Carvex not accessories though.
Plenty of sanders Rotex etc and dust extractor.
I work in a workshop and out on site, doing kitchens and general carpentry etc.

Should I wait until I have enough money for a domino, or should I get some accessories to compliment some of my kit?

I would sit down and go through your various processes of fitting/ making and see what tool / accessory would make your work easier/ quicker to do. Rather than buying something just for the sake of it, even though it would be nice to do so.  [big grin]

Yes, thanks for that. Just that if I don't make a decision this week, my wife will find something to spend it on..lol

The domino was my first choice, so may have to put some money towards it. Thought the domino would put me in a position to build some joinery projects like doors and windows, gates etc.
Building a project in the garden, thought I might make all my own joinery.

The MFT/3 is a solid basis for many tasks and is very versatile ... it's likely you'd benefit from it regardless.

The Dominos come into their own in terms of quality of repeatable joins and time saving. Is that what you're aiming for? If so, there's a cost/benefit to consider.

Normally your first instinct is the right one for you, after all you do know yourself best.

Hi guys, thanks for the interest in my post.
I have decided at this time to purchase the Mft/3.
After viewing different videos I think the Mft will come in very handy, and has loads of possibility's.
With reference to the domino 700, I'll just have to make do with plunge routing, but I'm sure the Mft will assist me in this.

for sure the mft3 ct/ts with wcr1000. its the setup to go to war with :P
