I have had my TS75 for about two years now and it is a work horse  in my shop. It has run thousands of board feet without a problem...until the other day.  Saw stopped working and the problem?  ME.  Believe the manual states to occasionally remove and clean the blade housing area.

Saw was cleaned and running like a champ again.  Won’t neglect it again.  It has been too good to me. :)

If you rip a lot with the TS saws you can create a birds nest in there  [big grin].  Glad to hear that a little spring cleaning got you going again.

From experience the clog starts at the chute and then builds towards the blade until it can seize the blade.  I suspect that all the dust on the table in his picture was jammed along the lower part of the housing.

It didn’t seize the blade, but sawdust was going everywhere and the CT26 let me know something wasn’t right.
