Here is a picture of my friends bar. I helped him trim out the countertop (the walnut stained wood wrapping around it.) His whole goal was to get something that looked good, and on the cheap end of it. The bar was already in his basement when he bought the house, and already carpeted too (he probably wouldn't of put carpet on there otherwise). It was set against the wall, and had a 3/4 in. gap at one end, and about a 1/4 in. gap at the other, which drove him crazy. When I put the trim up, I hid all of that. I did get a Hercules guitar stand for doing this, which at the time I received it, I did not know it is about a $40 stand. ;D ;D Not bad for making a few cuts, and shooting some nails.
