Here is my mobile workshop.
the long rail is a 2700. If I want to bring the 3000 it sticks into the cab through the window. I can actually carry 16' stick inside the truck.

Eiji,

Now that sir is organized.

Tell us the truth though, does it always look that way?

Or were those photos shot on a lazy Saturday afternoon after a wash 'n' wax?

Per,
I took those pics yesterday. Space is limited yet I keep buying tools. ;D It's got to be organized if I want to fit everthing in there. I would prefer a sprinter van but couldn't get the cargo van that supports 2 child seats as well.

Mike,
The systainers are on their sides. I built the truck system before I got into the festool kit. The systainers just happenned to just clear the bottom of the drawer platform that way. I had some issues with router accessories jumbling around but now have them in a dedicated systainer. With everything within each systainer in its place everything stays put. I have a tendancy to carry about 5 systainers clipped together while hastily putting things away.  only to need one tool in the middle of the stack later. If I keep it organized or put them away un clipped it works great.

the drawers are on each side of the 5x5 platform and ride on extra heavy duty full ext slides.
