I just called Festool Spare Parts and the short hose that came with the boom arm is no longer available. So now I am left with an unusable boom arm since my hose was destroyed.

If I recall correctly there was a dealer who made custom lengths hoses for members of FOG years ago.

Hi, I'm not so sure the 50mm matters.[attachimg=1] guy see post above

Bob Marino would make custom hoses.  Unfortunately he has retired.  Tom Bellemare did also.  Unfortunately he passed away.

This was split from another topic to better reflect the subject. The other topic was about the CT Cyclone separator.

This place sells all the parts individually.  I use their stuff a lot for custom length hoses.  I like their quick click system as well since I use a mix of Festool, Dewalt and Makita If you just want the festool end You can buy that as well and just screw it on.  I buy PET expandable sleeve and some shrink wrap and make my own.  Truth be told I have a CT36ac but not a single festool hose other than the planex one that came with it.  I had a bunch of hose at one point and I just buy the ends as needed when I need to make a new hose but Im about out of the hose surplus now.  I have no complaints and they seem like good folks.
