Hi,
I'm building board games for the g'kids, and need to find a router bushing that will accept a 7/8" core box bit. I did purchase a generic bushing kit from Menards -- looks just like the Milescraft set, and the plates all fit fine but none of the bushings are large enough to accommodate the 7/8" bit. I'm using my Skil plunge router. Also, I can drill the template holes at about any diameter I need to -- I'm just having fits finding a bushing that will use the 7/8 bit. Finally, I've already painted over 300, one-inch wooden balls for the games, so I really, really don't want to start over with a plan that uses smaller balls.
I'd prefer not to use a forstner bit because I'd like rounded hole bottoms.
Any ideas???
Thanks,
Jim
