New CT 26 hesitating?

I have a new CT 26 only used a few times but I have noticed twice now when I have it on full suction it seams to cut out periodically or less than a second... Is this normal? Self cleaning or something like that? I like the tools but not to impressed with the owners manual as supplied. I have also noticed the the end of the suction hose has what looks like an updated end from the ones I see on Utube, and is a twist lock... Once agin nothing about it in the owners manual.

Your CT should not be cutting out. You should call Festool tomorrow. Did you buy it online or at a store? If you bought it at a store, take it back and exchange it if your within 30 days. I have 6 Festool vacuums and none of them have ever cut out.

The new hose end is not very well received by most of us. I prefer the old style, it’s much better than the new twist lock one.
