North AMERICA! Saw guides and WP OTT

I got an answer on the extrusion question, and it's what I thought:

The extrusion is being done domestically in the U.S., but not in Lebanon. The production line in Lebanon will do assembly — cutting rails, putting on the splinter guard, etc.

I think it is a big step for Festool. At the connect event the tour guide dropped a small mention that it might be happening and that that was a big deal for the German corporate office to start a production line in the U.S.  Also as an American it is nice to see jobs coming here. I can't see how it would increase cost. I wonder if they will do all rail production here or if it is in addition to the current production...

The big, big, big question has not been asked for the made in USA guide rails.

Will the guide rail lengths be in exact imperial units rather rounded from the metric lengths? I think that Festool should be able to calibrate the cut-off saw for imperial lengths.
