NYC lumber

I have not -- thanks for the heads up.  Looks like a decent place, though perhaps telling that they don't list prices on the website.  The market for reclaimed wood in New York is insane right now.

I pretty much stick to Boards and Beams in New Jersey, where you don't have to pay the new york city premium,

. Not to hijack a thread, but what is selling so well in the reclaimed wood market around you?  Just curious if it's mainly one species or what?  [blink]
 
Mostly framing timbers like old building joists -- I guess that must be old growth pine or oak?

. Thanks. That makes sense if someone is actually able to save old trusses and joists.
