Half term here in the UK next week. I will introducing my nephew to the joys of Festool. To start off with I would like to use an OF1400 on a guiderail with the guiderail adaptor (492601) which I need to purchase. However I seem to remember there is also a 'support foot' for the outboard edge of the router base to prevent it tipping. Try as I might I can not locate the part number or find the thread describing it. Any information gratefully received

AND, the support foot is ever so handy in other situations too. Didn't realise it didn't come with the router actually.

The support came with mine, not as an accessory.  In a pinch, you could screw in a small wooden block.

VERY good idea. Might be more solid in certain situations too.

You can also use the table widener base plate (493233). It will give you even more support.
