We needed a home for the Ooni pizza oven. I’m thinking about getting a 22” Blackstone griddle. It would fit perfect on the bottom shelf. Then I can just swap which one is in use to the top.  [attachimg=1]

Nice looking cart.  Did you design the bottom shelf to be low enough so the Ooni's chimney would fit under?

How's the pizza from the Ooni??  I was researching home pizza ovens a year or two ago and I think Ooni might have been the most popular model that yielded the best results.

Thanks.  Yes the bottom shelf will also fit the Ooni. You can’t really secure the feet to the table. I suppose I could use some small brackets.

On, really windy days the oven has almost blown off flat surfaces. So, I will need to lower it in the strong winds.

As far as an oven goes, it’s great for pizza. Very fast.  Ooni just released the replacement to my Ooni 3. It’s called the Ooni FYRA.  They improved my version.

how big a pizza can you make with it? Ive been lusting after a pizza over for a long time

This model is the Ooni 3.  You can do about a 12-13 pizza.  They offer a pro as well that will do 14-15”

How about a couple of cleats on the table top to keep the Ooni from taking flight?  Set them up on dowels that could drop into matching holes on the table top?  Slip them out when switching to the griddle?  [smile]

Beautiful cart! Would you mind sharing the dimensions? Did you use cedar? Did you use L brackets on the interior corners? Thanks in advance!

Hi Ron
I have had an Ooni oven for about three months. Pizza in under two minutes.  Still perfecting the pizza but sure works well in tandem with my Big Green Egg!

Nice looking cart and I like the dual purpose.  Looks like some type of cedar.
Do you leave the cart and Ooni outside, uncovered?  Wondering how that unit does in the weather.
I don't currently have a covered area for my grill or Ooni(planning on getting one).  We get a good bit of rain in the Pacific Northwet(intentional spelling).

Love the cart! What wood did you use?  Pocket hole screws?

I have the 22” black stone and love it. Great size.
