Did you use a CNC machine or mill to make yours, or did you 'free-hand' it with a drill press and hand tools?
That is a good price, I need to shop around more. A 36" by 48" sheet of 1/4" 6061 would cost me $242 + shipping from Online Metals.
I made my T-square with hand tools, the screws are M6-12 and the holes in the other bar are 1/4"/6.35MM. Once adjusted and locked down I have never had to re-calibrate it.
