We have hard to buy MFS has made such a pattern for themselves.

material of rectangle glass fiber

Profile T. glued to plywood and fastened with screws. rest can be seen. Sorry for bad English.

Good work Miroc, I like it. I 'm sure it is less expensive as well. Assuming of course, your time is counted as free!

almost no money) I don`t professional joiner. I`m builder. I have a hobby. Not done very carefully, can be better

add another line and the profile of the top and bottom clamps for both festool

mirock,

Your English doesn't neet to be any better. The pictures are excellent in descibing your ingenuity. I love the vacuum adapter.

Very good, my compliments. I just love it to see what can be done with simple methods and a limited supply of material.
I grew up in post-war Holland. A lot was destroyed and we had to build-up our daily live. We had to improvise almost everything and I'm still in the habit of making tools and templates from scraps. Some clever thinking can save you a lot of money.

Yes, the cost of this template is very low. Work on the floor of the day. I looked at festool and decided to do himself. It's not just about money. That in itself is interesting.

Thanks. I see there are many good masters to take their experience

Mirock, welcome to the FOG. Nice to see someone from an area that isn't much represented here yet.

It is also nice to see your home made MFS. I had plans to make my own home version too, and your example will help me very nicely. I had an even simpler version in mind, your version is almost the real deal!

And now I will take yours .......  [big grin]

Mirock I would like to welcome you to the Festool Owners Group and to thank you for posting the phtos of your home-made MFS.

I have an MFS and use it a lot and it looks to me like the one you made will do a very good job.

Thanks Frank, I watched your work - I applauded!

This template should be a little more fine-tuned.

Simply brilliant!  I also like the "ramp fixture" that you used to make the tapers.  Very well done.

I'm very impressed with everything I see in the photos.  Next time I feel like complaining that I don't have some do-dad (jig-like thing) to make the job easier, I'll use your post as inspiration to just go make it!

When I first looked at the photos, I noticed that it looks like you have a home-made table saw.  I then further noticed that there's an MFT-like surface on the side... Did you make a cube that has an MFT on the side of a tablesaw and you simply rotate the cube for what you need?  I could see that being pure genius in combination with another table.  You also have a pretty nicely made router table.

Personally, I'm up for a shop-tour of your shop!

Thank you friends, but I'm not finished. Later refined the device. I want to make it through the system as MFT  [tongue]
