Pasload systainer

Have been changing as much as I can into new t-locs and this one is my latest. I will be posting more as I complete them. I'm going to lock the gun racks to the bottom with glue or screws so they don't move, the center removable accessory box will have a bit of foam on the bottom and was thinking of adding some kaizen foam to the drawer bottoms

Looks great! I really like the little chest of drawers in there for the accessories.

Yes, it's a sys 5. They would fit the same way in a 4 without the wood gun racks, but did not want to transport them with the tip depressed at all times! So I made the racks and put them in a 5. Like I said earlier I'm going to paint the unit and outfit the drawers with kaizen to tighten it all up.  I'm glad you approve being that you are the systainer guru [wink]!

I have the older generation of Paslodes and I noticed that they give off some butane smell.  Just sitting in a job box the off gas is strong when I open the box.

On my T-Locs with chemicals I added some round louvered vents and some flammable decals, just in case.

Wondering if you wouldn't mind sharing some quick dimensions on the gun racks,tower and drawers? I have a Sys 5 that I would love to put both my Pasload's into!
