Hi
I recently bought the plans for the Festool Track Saw Portable Workbench on eBay. I was lucky enough to have the CNC guys at work cut it for me.  Its a really nice set up.

I'm now looking for CNC plans of the Paulk type workbench but I want to make it out of a full 4x8 sheet. I do not like the two piece design.

I'm happy to pay for the dxf file if someone has something similar or can point me in the right direction.

Thanks

My workbench is 3x7 with the 9 inch opening of the Paulk total station (not the 7 inch of the original workbench).  I just cut it out with my DeWalt track saw.  I made the holes with a Freud 20mm bit, one of my PC690 routers, and the special router base plate that indexes off pegboard.  Holes are surprisingly accurate.  I made right angle jigs for it and the are as square as I can measure.  I was concerned because the holes in the pegboard are not perfectly lined up but it doesn't seem to make much difference.

If you have a low cost way to have it CNC'd that is certainly an option.  But it didn't take long to build my bench "the old way".

I spoke to the CNC guys today and they said it doesn't matter. Just give them measurements, pdf, dxf and they will make it.  So I'll just get the plans from Paulk and they can modify them.
Thanks for the responses.
