Piano refinishing- looking for help

Recently I had some pipes burst in my home -- hot water and the humidity got to such a level it caused the varnish on a baby grand piano to crystalize. This didn't happen to the entire piano, but to the large bent piece that is the main part of the piano. Does anyone have a suggestion for refinishing the wood. Not all of the varnish is off, but a good portion. I would appreciate any thoughts you may have.
