T TylerC Member Joined Sep 4, 2015 Messages 1,078 Feb 22, 2016 #2 There's no definitive best progression, but I'd generally recommend somewhere between 150 and 180. Depending on how fine you want to go, you could go as far as 320 for a really fine finish.
